A rather rash statement. How do you know the majority of people's finances?
Its pretty obvious when the average salary supplied to lenders in 2007 doesnt match up AT ALL with the figures supplied to the government by employers.
I smell a big fat dirty rat... Its called self-cert, for people who could provide proof of income.0
