Oh good :) It's quite rare to see a decent wine selection on the same deal as the whole Oakham chickens! Looks like a good one.

Mother's Day stuff is half price today. Not as a meal deal but each separate piece. Makes Oakham chickens very good value, got a turkey joint and the cheese topped chicken breasts too.

I'm not sure specifically. It's just that in the past there has sometimes been a choice of as few as three wines. I'm not really a red wine drinker (gives me a headache) and the white, on occasions when there's only one white, is always Chardonnay which I don't really like either.

I'd probably go for either the Cotes de Gascogne or the Froglet Rose, but it's down to personal preference really. (I still think three Chardonnays in a list of 8 wines shows a lack of imagination but there you go!)

    I've been Money Tipped!
I've tried the Cotes de Gascogne and it's nice, easy to drink.
I normally drink red, but was very limited with choice when I got this one.
If I do this one I will either get the Le Froglet Shiraz or the Rockridge Merlot, if there is any left!!!!!

Was delighted to get another meal deal today. £8.40 chicken, cheese, wine and parmentier potatoes. Should have been £21.44, but cost £7.85 as I had a 10 % voucher from my credit card which takes 10% off full price before the reduction to £10 kiscks in.
