Help - Need cash for house quick!

Hi
We are selling our house (with out an estate agent stampdutyfree.com and have found a house we want to buy. There is already an offer on the table (a little lower than our offer) that is proceedable, so they want to go with the lower offer. If we became proccedable or found the cash it would be a different story and we'd get the house we want.
How can I get my hands on the money while we are waiting to sell out house?
My current mortgage (thanks to this forum) is a bargain (currently at 0.59% over the baserate) so we can easily afford to pay another mortgage for a few months while we sell our current house.
I need £100k plus quick! Help!

PLEASE DELETE - I have put this on a different thread

Would your current lender give you a bridging loan?
Having said that, you would need to feel confident of selling your house quickly, or feel confident of paying out for quite a few months, but I guess you do, otherwise you wouldnt ask :rotfl:
Good luck0 -

Does any one have any useful tips for me?
I have made a website (stampdutyfree.com) and got a solicitor ready once I get a buyer.
Is there anyway of getting on to RightMove with out using an agent?
Thanks.

I have no idea if it's spam, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt.
If you want to raise money then a remortgage might be the answer for the whole or part of the debt.
One lender is offering bridging on a non status basis, where the interest can be repaid in one go at loan end date. Risky in that you need to be damn sure your existing place will sell soon.0
