Baillif Letters to My Address

A relative of mine moved abroad about 4 years ago. He had recently taken out a loan. On moving, he transferred his UK mail to my address so he could still receive pension letters / bank statements etc. On instruction I open them, scan them into the computer and email them to him.
This bit makes no sense.
He can't have just "transferred his mail" to you as the post office will only redirect for up to 12 months.
So what he actually did is write or phone this company and actively told them that he was now residing in your home.......knowing full well that he was going to default on this loan and subsequently get a CCJ and then baliffs calling for it.
Knowing that.........and you still forward his post?It is your business. You will get baliffs knocking. Why would you want that stress? Call them or write to them today and give them his new address. And do the same for all his other post.
You can hide your head in the sand if you like, but it is your problem and needs dealing with."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0
