You can if you can connect to the internet without using GPRS, i.e. by sharing you PCs internet connection if you have bluetooth or a USB cable for your phone.

No catch as far as I can tell, I suspect this offer is simply to get more mobile phone users set up with the Reporo application so they'll have a wider market reach in the future, which will help them sign up more retailers for their system. I've not had any messages from them so far and reading other users' messages on these boards there are no SPAM problems to report.
