Hi I don't know if anyone can offer any advice regarding my situation which is quite messy. I separated from my husband in Oct/Nov last year and I am now living in a house-share. No we haven't started divorce proceedings yet although they are imminent. We are fortunate that we have enough equity to wipe out our debts and mortgage and leave us both with some cash.
