These are the terms and conditions:
*£25 holiday voucher offer is a green incentive by Hoseasons Holidays to be redeemed on a new future holiday accommodation booking in excess of £199. Holiday accommodation booking less than £199 qualifies for a £15 holiday voucher. This offer is not applicable to any existing confirmed bookings with Hoseasons, our partners or affiliates.

Vouchers are applicable as a discount to Hoseasons holiday accommodation only, limited to one per household, is non-refundable, holds no cash value and there is no cash alternative. Bookings must be made by 31st October 2009 and the holiday departure date must be prior to 31st December 2009. Special offer exclusions apply – This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer except brochure offers. Allowable discounts will automatically be applied during the booking process both online and with our in-house travel advisors on 0844 – 847 1356 quoting your unique code received following the survey.

Does anyone know where you put the code in when booking online ? I have just done the survey and received my code but cant see where you put it in.

This still works, have just used it. You have to go to the Hoseasons site using the link on the survey - no need to type in the code, it will do it automatically. Hope this helps someone.
