Doctor's surgery wasting my time... AGAIN

Sounds like my GP. my sister is disabled and finds it difficult to collect her prescriptions, so usually myself or my mum will collect it from surgery as we pass it during the day. she phones in advance for prescription always more then the 48 hrs they say but when we go we get the same forced quizzickle look and told she hasn't called. even when she checks before we go it happens.

left sitting like a nugget waiting on signature all the time. As for jags like above my doctor told me where to sort out the order for the jag called to make sure surgery had sorted the order and received the appropriate ones i needed, they had so made an appointment.

:mad:Now picture me sitting on the nurses little paper covered bed, waiting to be tortured(i hate needles). And she asks ME for the medication, i tell her it was all sorted by reception it was delivered previous week etc.

45 minutes later i found out that they had used my medication on an other patient and i was left organizing more. they even had the cheek to try and get me to pay again. What hope have we got.
