Have cooked my chicken carcass overnight in the slow cooker ,would like to make a chicken soup so have rempved all the bones and only have meat left in it,should i now put it in the fridge so the fat goes to the top to be skimmed off or use it as it is for soup ,Oh and do I use the whole lot for my soup or use half and add water for the soup and freeze the rest.
I did do a search for chicken carcass soop but was getting an invalid link
sorry for all the questions ,and could someone point me in the direction of a nice chiken soup recipe Thanks
