Sounds like a great price. Were they 650MB or 700MB? Any DVD-R?
    Thanks

My pc says maximum 48x does this mean I can't use these?

    Any help would be appreciated.

The max speed is what your writer will burn at, the max speed of the discs are the fastest they can be burned at.

Usually the speed of your writer will make no difference to the discs you use.

Basically, you should have no problem using these discs

If you are using nero to burn, there is a setting that selects the speed - I just select whichever is appropriate before i burn.
