Hi
I really like this new section in the forums, since the price of food is sky high at the moment (although they do say it is coming down) ... its always good to know where to go in order to stay on top of the best prices at all the supermarkets.
This is my tip www.mealsavers.co.uk and I dont care how many times I say it, as it simply saves me money. They also have a really great Slow Cooking section at the moment and you can download 25 Spring recipes to cook with seasonal meat and veg.
Sainsburys at the moment have launched slower cuts of meats at the fresh meat counter and over the weekend when i went, they had a great deal on sausages where you got 2 free if you purchased 6.
This information all came from that website, its great and you can win a Crock-Pot (I will enter the details in the competition pages - don't panic) ...
Happy fresh cooking!
