I got 2 half price chickens at lunchtime - some had dates of today, some tomorrow. Most of the veg & desserts had todays date, & there were loads left so may be some bargains later!

    Ohhhhhhhh

Might be worth a look, I could fill my freezer with that beef
  • I went yesterday and got a half price chicken and the salmon, had the salmon tonight and it was sooooo yummy. I wouldn't have looked twice at it at £11 and still flinched a bit at £5.50 but was definatly worth it!

I think M&S expected a far higher uptake on this offer. In my local store this evening they had lots of chicken and salmon half price. Large mash at £1. Profiterole stacks at £1. Pity I started a diet on Monday!!

I bought a ready to cook joint of beef today, thought it was in the Mothers Day offer and receipt has an asterisk next to it saying discount but it still showed up as £11.99. Very pricey, if I had known it was that price I wouldn't have bought it!
