i didn't go to runclub tonight as weather was very wet and windy... couldn't face it... but i did go for an hour and fifteen at the gym instead... so feeling oksy with that......

I keep resisting buying the hotcross buns in the supermarket, might have to give it a go now.
Doing well on my giveing up chocolate and sweets till xmas i started on sturday night and havent given in yet which for me is a record in its self...0 -
Hey thats good going in the gym Maz...it was so windy for me too tonight but I braved it anyway..more to get out the house and get some peace and quiet!
Was having a chat with the lady I did long run on Friday with and we have agreed that starting from next week (as it will be lighter for an hour longer) we are going to add a bit more mileage on, on the run as most people want to stop around 4-6 miles and I could happily do a bit more as ive already got my kit on and am out the house already.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway.
