Submitting a variation order. Is anyone familiar with these? Is it best to have a hearing/no hearing/a telephone conference? Any advice much appreciated.

Have a hearing. Written submissions are hard to get right and you would need to pay a solicitor. Conference calls are a nightmare when planning anything, I can't see they would be any better in legal issues.
