My ex partner spent the last six months living in our jointly owned home with her new partner (now husband) and refused to pay full mortgage payments each month.
She recently moved out and now refuses to pay anything at all. She also changed the locks and refuses to provide my solicitor with a forwarding address. Infact they seem intent on deliberately getting the house
re-posessed.
I doubt she will have anymore to do with this house and dont know how to get her to agree an offer, should one come..
Thinking county court...

Being that morally you are liable for half the mortgage payment, legally you are jointly liable for all the mortgage payment, it may be that you can't afford not to move back in.
