CSA advice help??

Hi all my partner is currently recieving approx £18 a week for two boys off her ex husband off the CSA, hard to believe the amount as a few of my mate's pay anything around £50-£90 quid for a single child, my question is we know her ex is a mechanic who does a lot of cash work and he is employed by a garage who are obviously not putting down his correct earnings is there anything that can be done to make the CSA aware of this or does she just have to struggle??
Thanks in advance

All she can do is report it - unless she has evidence it is difficult to prove. Depending on the circumstances the criminal compliance team MAY take it on as an investigation. Nothing to lose by reporting it thoug.0

There is also the lifestyle inconsistent with declared income route, if the assessment is recent.0

It may also depend if he is on CSA1 or CSA2...
CSA2 would be 20% of net pay (so would mean he earns £90 per week) but CSA1 is much more complex and takes in housing costs etc0
