Lights out!

havem't fully caught up yet, just over an hour behind.

I wanted to ask a question about the lights off thing(apologies if this has been answered already), is it ok to have the telly/computer on, and DD's lamp?
Plus, I haven't fed the dog yet, so that will be interesting, in the dark!!!!!(OH has taken the torch down the van and I can't find my phone....oh well, here goes.......

toochosey-it is just lights. i did turn all the lights out but DS came down scared and asked if the was a power cut (he doesn't like the dark) sop have left the landing light on and turned of all the rest.

Just checking in, to say thank you for all the kind messages - you are fab!!

I'm ok, just sorting out some personal stuff at the mo, but will be back flying with a vengenge (sp?) sometime next week.

I haven't managed to catch up with the thread, but I hear we had a troll in recently :eek:glad to see that you sent him packing, tail between legs no doubt!!:rotfl:

All lights out here - I only had 2 on anyway. They're turning the lights off on the Spinnaker Tower down here!

ZCC - nice to see you back!

Have turned off all the lights (including the fish tank ones) except the hob because the veg are coming up to boil and I have a plethora of candles burning about the place.

I keep bumping into things :eek:

Mind you, looking out the window up and down the road, I think I'm the only one!

right, bad day food wise trying to do SW but keep mucking up

but did get 14 meals worth of meat from the butcher in town for £15, nice meat too!! all bagged up in my freezer in portion sizes!:)

hex bennie is so cute - thanks for the piccie and I love the idea of him herding the chickens - at some of the summer shows around here there is a man who does demonstrations of duck herding and its hilarious when the shepherds try it!
alwayshappy - gentle hugs for your pain - sorry but had to laugh at the vision of DH helping you dress - he must think its his birthday!!!
Thank you for the decluttering info - I really should replace vitually all of mine - I have a couple of decent sensible things for hospital but the rest I wouldnt be seen dead in!!!

I have put on a yankee tart too - the aroma is lovely and calming!
LadyL poor DH - he would get a shock if he met me - more of a devil disguised as an angel !!!! Good girl - glad you are resting!!

I am so jealous you are getting to meet the darling BB - I think I might cry!!!!
