Tribunals and documents likely to be requested

Hi

Can anybody tell me what sort of documentation will be requested at a Tribunal?

I am a sole-shareholder/director of my own limited company, how which information are they likely to ask for regarding the Ltd?

The judge will tell you wants wanted and will ask you speciifc questions about your case. Deliver the goods promptly and be be succinct in your answers.

There is no judge - it isn't a court; there will be a chairperson and if it is financial matters under scrutiny there will be other legally qualified panel members to help with the financial side of things.

Since Nov 08, appeals chairpersons are actually titled Judges of the first tier Tribunal

As for the question regarding documents, then you will likely be asked to produce documents such as company accounts, details of any dividends paid, loan account payments.
If your ex is also going for lifestyle then it could become more wideranging into budget calculations that your lifestyle costs you such as bank statement, credit card accounts etc.
