Hi hope someone can advise...
A few weeks ago, I signed up on Credit Expert to check out my credit file etc... I have just logged on to try and cancel (only get the 1st 30 days free, then there's a monthly charge of £6.99) I cannot remember my user/login name, and the website only gives you the option (as far as I can see!!) to re-set the password.
Does anybody know if there's a way to re-set the username?
Thanks :money:

This may help, not sure if it will work .... good luck
it only asks for name surname and email address and should have your user name in the email they send you with the new password
You have to know what the problem is before you can solve it

You can't cancel online anyway, you have to phone them.
It's a free phone number (But you'll be on hold for about 10 minutes before you get through and they'll try and persuade you not to cancel so be firm and just say you want out and they'll cancel for you).0
