Tesco refused my vouchers!!!

I couldn't decide whether to put this on the vent board or here - so please excuse me if its in the wrong place and feel free to move it - but it concerns Tesco codes specifically.
I had a letter a couple of weeks ago saying 'Goodbye eVouchers, hello Clubcard vouchers' with a load of vouchers inside - £13.00 in reward vouchers along with another 6 vouchers for a range of different things giving me 50 extra points every time I spent more than a fixed amount in different parts of the store e.g. fresh fruit and veg, dairy etc.
Had already decided to do the March Grocery Challange so yesterday went shopping and looked out for all the BOGOFs to sure I had spent enough to get my bonus points.
Got to the till and saved £13.00 with the rewards vouchers but none of the bonus points vouchers went through - the checkout girl handed them all back to me. It seems that they still have to spent online as they are eCoupons and are valid on deliveries.
I said, very nicely, to the checkout girl that this seemed a bit stupid since Tesco had written to me specifically to say vouchers could now be used instore or online but she didn't seem particularly bovvered.
I am really cheesed off with this as the whole message of the letter was that codes are now valid wherever - and I specifically bought some things to get the points - so I'm going to write to Tesco with a copy of the till receipt and ask them to credit the 600 points I should have had. Argggggggghhhhh!!!

Oh dear that is terrible, whenever I have had a problem with vouchers not going through for bonus points, I have gone immediately to Customer services, shown them that I have bought the items in question and the points are credited to my account.
I know it is annoying but perhaps you could to back to CS and explain and I am sure they would help you once you show them your receipt.
I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL
