I ordered on Saturday and there was a confirmation ( one £3 with £10 code and second £0.20 with code) and I was really happy. Unfortunately today I received my items and surprise surprise!!! there was no discount on the paper statements!!!! I receive e-mail bills after I ordered and they were fine! Now I will have to give it all back!

do you mean the statement in your parcel?
the discount never shows on the statement things you get in your parcel

my bank account to be precise- I know that they take the money and give you discount later but I am a little worried that they did not pay my discount. Last time I ordered with -£30 code It was all on my statement in the parcel. Anyway, I will wait till tomorrow and see

i had this one sent to my email...but in it, it states that you have to spend £30 to get the £10 off. I thought i'd give it a try on less than £30 but it worked a treat so i ordered off all my shop direct accounts and partner did from his...had all the things through already and the discounts have been applied...i love codes like this!:j

:beer: incase anyone is worried...DISCOUNTS NEVER SHOW ON THE DELIVERY NOTES that come with the items. the only price shown there is the discount which occurs as a result of having the VAT taken off so it is usually a really odd amount like 9.76.....if you have got the discount, it will show on your transaction history in your 'my account' secction under 'promotional discount £10' (shows as a credit) or in your bank account. hope this helps anyone who is worried!! and keep your confirmation emails which show the discount HAS been applied incase it isn't from your account or bank...i've never had a problem with this.
