Help with Cadbury instant win please!

Hi All,
Yesterday morning I pressed the third box twice by mistake and got the message "Sorry to be fair to everyone you can only win a prize online once". :eek:
I've not won on this email and I've not had a "congrats" email come through.
I also didn't get a chance to fill out the "win" form.

I thought perhaps it was a "glitch" and that I'd be able to enter again today but no, it says I have already won on that email.

I've made a note of the time this happened and on their website it states if the site crashes on a win then to call their helpline number.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they had any luck claiming their prize via the helpline?
I know it is probably just chocs, but you never know.... :rolleyes:

I had the same problem. I rang them and gave them my email address and address. That was middle of last week. I havent heard anything yet but am going to ring again to pursue it. It has happened to other members who have rung to make sure they get their prize.

This has happened to me a few times. But I just assumed it happens when you click twice and it's just a default screen.

I was able to use that email on a different day, so I definately mustn't have won anything.

Have you tried using that email again the next day? If it works you haven't won. If it doesn't I'd get in touch.

I don't mean to be pessimistic but if you won and clicked 'past' the win screen where you enter your details it's going to be quite difficult for anyone to actually find out what you won.
I'm sure the people at Cadbury would be able to see that you won something because of the email address not working again but I can't really see how they would be able to find out what the prize was.
I would definitely ring though because I'm sure at worst they will send you out some chocs xx

I've tried claiming for DHs win and was told someone would call me back that day or the next. That was last week. I might try glacier's idea of going back a page on another win

Hi, This happened to me a few weeks ago.Same thing no form to fill in, no email came.I convinced myself i hadnt won but everytime i tried to play again on that email it still came up (congrats on ur prize but you can only win once blah blah blah) so i rang them and had to ring 3 times as they never rang back when they said.I also emailed them after 3 weeks, I was just about to email them again when i had a phone call saying they had sorted it out and i had won a choc pack yummy.So dont give up and remember to tell them if it still says you have won. Hope you get it sorted and you enjoy your prize xx

you can only win once
i won a choc pack but didnt claom hopingfor a bigger prize but won again and said i can win only once

This has just happened to me as well. I phoned them and they took my details. The info is passed to their website people who should establish what the prize would be and contact me. Will keep you posted!

Well they finally called me back today!
I've won a choc pack and they will get it sent out to me so it was worth the 'phone call.
