issue wioth interest - template letter needed?

Hello,

Approx 8 months ago, after a couple of months on a DMP with CCCS, a credit vcard company I have a debt with finally agreed to reduced interest capped at 5.9% for 6 months

In Jan they wrote saying as of 1st Feb the agreewment would end and full interest would be charged. Several phone calls led to a request for a letter from CCCS updating on our cicumstances. CCCS have written twice now...anyway, statement yesterday showing interest added for Feb and more due at the end of March

I will ask CCCS to write again, meanwhile I think I should send off a letter asking for all interest and charges to be taken back off the account..

does anyone have an appropriate template?

cheers

(ps - have just CCAd them)
