Top Deal for Prior Winning Sat Nav
When I ran the 'Great Sat Nav Hunt' the Garmin i3 came out the winner for best cheap model - then the price was was £199 (see the Garmin i3 webpage)
Currently Staples are selling the same thing in-store for £119. This is a rock bottom price, around £40 cheaper than elsewhere. I bought one myself, and quite simply it's a great little piece of kit.
Find your nearest Staples here (this isn't available on-line it's instore only.
Be careful with your Sat Nav
I've just bought a second one, not for another car but because i had my car broken into and it stolen. However now I simply can't drive without it so needed another!
One tip. As these things plug to the windscreen, like most i simply unplug it at the end of the trip and put it in the side pockets. Sadly though the sticky pad you leave on the windscreen indicates to thieves there's something to look for. Now I plan to take the sticky off each time and do a quick wipedown so there's no marks!

Can you have them disabled if stolen? eg with the serial number, or even better can they track it down or aren't they that sophisticated yet?

The Garmin StreetPilot i3 has been available in Dixons and the Link recently for a smidgeon under £100, but they may well have run out everywhere now. (Yes, I know that Somerfield and KwikSave have also had it at that price).
At lunchtime today (Sunday 26 February) the manager in Staples, Gloucester, said that there was a total of 463 available in the Staples stores in the country at £119.99. He had to get one transferred from another store for me, since he had run out. Just inside the store, covering the scanners, they have 'plastic overcoats' advertising the Garmin i3.
One tip which may be of use -- the "mapping level" appears in tiny letters just next to the barcode on the box. The most recent is v8. This is probably preferable to the older v7. Check before you buy?

And for all the info you'll need on the Garmin i3 look at this thread from pocketgpsworld.com:

Somerfield were selling it for £99 and they probably still are if you find somewhere with them instock. Goto Comet and use their price promise thing and it takes it down to 90 odd!0
