What can't be included in bankrupcy?

Just wondering what debts won't be included in bankrupcy.

I have a student loan (not started paying back yet as not earning enough)
Rent arrears from previous property
Council tax arrears
Gas and Electric arrears.

Can any of these be included?

Also if i was to go bankrupt, i know it appears in my local paper but will they inform my employer? Bit embrassing really as i am working as a part qualified accountant. Also got to way up is it worth going bankrupt as i won't be able to become a fully qualified accountant i don't think.

Is your job FSA regulated? If so you may need to tell your employer so they can take advice as to whether you can continue in that particular role.

It might also be worth contacting your examining board to see if you can continue your qualifications while BR.

Thanks both for your replies, i work in a school as a finance assistant so not sure if that would mean that the job is FSA regulated.
