Anyone on a Nationwide tracker?

Has anyone on a Nationwide tracker received their updated payment notification for April yet? I can't remember when they are normally sent out but I am interested to see what will happen this month as our mortgage deal is 0.66% under base so with the change to base rates they would technically be paying us to have the mortgage:T

Now of course they won't do that but I wonder if they are going to put us on a rate of 0.01% or 0% or some other option (not sure what though). Has anyone else already been in this situation?

I have to admit I am still surprised they didn't enforce the tracker floor but I won't be complaining about it!

Thank you! We did pay a large fee to get it back in October 2007 and although I worked out whether it was worth us paying the fee on various interest rates (going up and a bit down) I never considered it on a base rate of 0.5%:rotfl:

It has worked out fantastically for us as I have been on maternity leave for 13 months since we got the deal so it made life far more comfortable when the rates started dropping.

I received my mortgage change notification letter from Nationwide yesterday. I'm on base rate +0.28% so mortgage rate is now 0.78% from April. Unfortunately my tracker runs out at the end of July 2009, so I will be looking for a 5 year fixed from then.
Your notification might be in todays post.

Thanks Gillian. Nothing received in todays post so will need to wait till Monday now.

Our rate runs out in October 2009 so I have been keeping an eye out for what is around. I think we will go for a fixed as well.
