Just been to card factory opposite BHS in Bury. They are selling birthday cards 7 for £1. Very good quality ones. Bought some to put away. Only have female ones though.

went and got some more card from birthdays today and the old prices were on the back and they ranged from £1.59 -£2.59, not back for 20p

Hi there, I work in Birthdays and I love the 5 for £1 deals. We have them quite often, usually when we have old Clinton's stock to shift. Usually there are some nice ones in there!
To the person who said their local shop did not have the deal - as far as I know it depends when they are doing the 'changeover' - we've got new stock in for the new year and we did our 'changeover' on 15th Feb, but some shops are only just doing it I think, so it's worth checking back. They should all have big red signs in the window if they're doing the deal
Our new range is actually cheaper than the previous range, for example code H used to be £1.60 and now it's only £1.49

Another tip I have is check whether your local Birthdays is doing the Half Price gift wrap and gift bags sale, plenty of bargains to be had. Again it depends on when the 'changeover' will be, new stock coming in so old ones going cheap

Costco do lovely boxes of mixed cards (30 for 9.99 i think the last time i bought them) they are very good quality and cover most occasions
