Creation finance!

Just recieved a letter today from them saying my bank details were wrong and the jargon about non payment. But apon checking my account with them, they had been taking out their payments from Nov2006 until they stopped taking payments out in Dec 2007. And i didnt cancel the DD, they justed stopped taking the payments! They were called something else when i got the loan from them, and the payments stopped being taken when they were taken over by Creation.
Were do i stand with them on this point, as this is the first letter i have ever recieved from them since Nov 2006!:mad:

Anybody got clues on if i have to pay anything on this after 1.5 yrs of inactivity!

Did you not realise they were not taking the payments?? did you contact them and ask why??

You will need to pay the money back. I would contact them and explain the situation though, ask them why they haven't contacted you previously & see if they will agree to the monthly payments restarting rather than having to pay a huge lump sum.

I agree i have to pay the money back, but i dont see why or how they can ask for the money that they failed to take some £629 lump sum which i havent got , because they can kiss my a*se!:mad:
