Before participating please read through and accept these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy If you do not accept them you are not eligible to participate.
1. ELIGIBILITY

The Connectors 5800 Instant Win (the “Program”), brought to you by Nokia UK Limited, Farnborough, UK, (the "Sponsor") will be governed by these rules (the "Official Rules"). In order to be eligible to participate you must be at least 16 years of age or of the legal age in your country of residence. The Program is open to participants/contestants ("Participants") in the United Kingdom.
The sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents reserve the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner it deems appropriate. Employees and directors of Sponsor and its licensees, advertising, promotion or production agencies and provider companies (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate. By participating Participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Program.
By entering the program, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and any other requirements set out in the promotional material. No purchase is necessary.
2. PROGRAM PERIOD

The Program begins on 1st February, 2009, and ends on 31st March, 2009 11:59 p.m. GMT (the "Program Period"). The http://www.nokiaconnectors.com/ (the "Site") is the official time keeping device for the Program Period. The Program will allow participants, to get a magic pin which may or may not win you a prize detailed under the ‘prize’ section. There will be 250 winning pins seeded at random intervals within the Program Period.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate in the Program, participants must find and give their details to a Nokia Connector (“Connector”) and enter their magic PIN via the Site http://www.nokiaconnectors.com/ to find out if it is a winning PIN.
To claim the prize, participants must enter their winning PIN on the Site.

If you cannot find a Connector, you can still have a chance to win a prize detailed under the ‘prize’ section by entering the Prize Draw via the Site http://www.nokiaconnectors.com/. Terms & conditions apply.
In order to access the Web Site, you must have access to the World Wide Web (internet) provided by an Internet Service Provider ("ISP") of your choosing and you must pay any applicable ISP, operator, service and other fees for such access.
4. THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY YOU

By giving your mobile number to a Connector you are agreeing to Nokia contacting you by Short Messaging Service (“SMS”) with information about this promotion. We will only contact you about other promotions if you give the Connector your permission.
You will be required to enter your PIN and email on the Site to find out whether you have won a Prize. You will be asked to indicate whether you are happy for us to contact you via email. If you do give us permission you are agreeing to Nokia contacting you by email with information about this or other promotions.
Sponsor respects the privacy of its customers and the information submitted by you will only be used by Sponsor, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and the privacy policy http://www.nokiaconnectors.com/privacy/ (the "Privacy Policy"). Please consult the Privacy Policy and the Account Terms for more details on how Sponsor handles information submitted by you ("Personal Information").
5. PRIZES

There will be 250 winning PINs seeded at random at various intervals during the Program Period.
The winners will each receive a Nokia 5800 device.
The Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by Sponsor who may, at its sole discretion, substitute any Prize with one of comparable value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. DETERMINATION OF THE WINNER

Winners will be notified by email.
The notifications will be sent to the email address provided by the winner when they submitted their details to the Site. An email notifying winner of his/her Prize will include a request for his/her preferred mailing address. Winner must respond with his/her preferred mailing address [by sending an email to [EMAIL="Heather@bolseragency.com"]Heather@bolseragency.com[/EMAIL] or by writing to the Sponsor at the address at the bottom of these Official Rules] within 28 days of receiving the email notification.
If the winners fail to contact the [Sponsor] within aforementioned time period the winner shall forfeit the Prize. In the event of such forfeiture, Sponsor shall select another winner based on the selection criteria above or dispose of the Prize in any way it deems fit. The Prize shall be delivered to the winner at the address provided by the winner. Such delivery may be by courier service, postal service or other means as determined solely by Sponsor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered in relation to the delivery of the Prize to the winner and/or this Program.

7. GENERAL RULES

Participation constitutes consent (a) to comply with these Official Rules, the Account Terms and the Privacy Policy, and (b) that Participant release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, including death, loss or damage of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or participation in the Program or any Program related activities. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. No purchase is necessary.
8. RIGHT TO USE ANY SUBMITTED CONTENT

By submitting, and upon such submission of, any information or materials such as (but not limited to) feedback, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, likeness, graphics, video, messages, voice, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, scores, hints, strategies, concepts, designs, ideas, plans, orders, requests or the like, or any other material (the "Content") to Sponsor or through the Site, for example, by e-mail, SMS, and/or MMS, you license and grant to Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free and free of charge, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, communicate to the public, make available, publish, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, and display such Content or any concept described in it throughout the world in any media, product and/service so that the Sponsor may make the fullest use of the Content, including, without limitation game decks, games, consoles, wireless devices, mobile phones and any related products, services and accessories, advertising, marketing and promotional materials, and digital reproductions, without compensation, restrictions on use, acknowledgment of source, accountability or liability, and with waiver of all moral rights and rights of attribution, integrity and identity to the extent permitted by mandatory laws.
With regard to such Content submissions, you understand and agree that you are solely and fully responsible for any and all aspects of the Content submitted, including, but not limited to, its legality, appropriateness and non-infringement of third party intellectual property rights, and Sponsor shall not be liable in any way for such Content. Sponsor shall have no obligation to monitor any of the Content provided by you to Sponsor, but may do so at its discretion.
Sponsor may expect the winner of the Program to appear in reasonable publicity relations activities and promotional events promoting Sponsor products in connection with, but not limited to, road shows, trade shows and consumer fairs. Any appearance made by the winner will be subject to a separate agreement made between Sponsor and the winner.
9. INTERNET

Neither Sponsor nor its subsidiaries, affiliates or agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, ISP, website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor is not responsible for loss or damage to Participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Program or downloading materials from or use of the website. Should any portion of the Program be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Program, and select the winner at random from all entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program, and assumes no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use of the Site or other applicable sites.

These Program Rules are governed by the laws of Finland.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, withdraw or revise these Official Rules and the Prizes at any time without notice and in such event Sponsor shall not have any liability whatsoever.
You acknowledge and agree that you must conduct yourself in a mature and decent manner to other Participants, chat room spectators, and Sponsor. You acknowledge and agree that Sponsor is permitted to automatically disqualify any Participant that is acting in an unreasonable manner (to be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor on a case by case basis). You acknowledge and agree that no form of cheating will be tolerated. Any persons found cheating, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, will immediately be disqualified from the Program. Cheating includes, but is not limited to, tampering, hacking of website, playing the Program without meeting the eligibility requirements, using any automated software or device to gain an advantage during the Program, using any cheat codes, exploiting any software bugs, use of the Program beyond the defined rules of the Program, attempting to disable or overwhelm any of the Sponsor sites, attempts to disrupt any portion of t e Program, including, but not limited to, allowing somebody else use your Personal Information tampering with entry process or operation of promotion or website.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY OF THE SPONSOR SITES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS; AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to the program, including but not limited to, scoring, placing, eligibility, cheating, advancement and any other issue related to the Program shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, and that such a decision by the Site operators or event officials shall be final and binding.
