Sorry if this is the wrong forum, please send it to the right one if its is.
I've reently placed orders with lxdirect and opened a flexi account, I ordered a GBA with £25 off code on the 29/11 and it arrived today, I also received my statement today which shows items I dont need to pay for yet GBA but there is no mention of the discount, will they apply the code when they actually charge the item to my account? its buy now pay august too so wont find out til august ???
Anyone know their procedure for applying discount codes to flexi accounts? There was no invoice with the item but I did get a confirmation email that showed the discount.

the code should have been deducted already , so i dont think you will get the discount
i had the same problem , i ordered a gba sp with a £25 dicount code and a 25% discount code and on the email it showed with all the discounts taken off but when i got my statement for the flexi account they had added the £25 back onto my balance ,
i phoned them a dozen times but there customer sevice is a joke so i just paid it to save the hassle (and any interest charges)

i think the best way to contact them is via email so you will have their reply in writing (so to speak) it happened to us with the flexi account my hubby phoned up a couple of times they kept saying ring back next week to see if you have been allowed code discount i eventually emailed them they replied with the response 'you have been credited with discount on your next statement' funny thing when we ordered paying for items straight away we had no problem it was only with the flexi account..... :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/0
