yes, we bought one, its fine, records really well on the various speeds good value for the money.
There has already been another thread on here somewhere about these.0 -
Only single tuner so limited to what you can watch and record.
My aerial is poor so terrestial tv is not worth recording.
Easy to set up but ensure you set recording time to Long Play on Recorder as you will find it will fit in a movie.0 -
Hi, I bought one a few months back and paid more than you did from Asda. The only problem is that you do not get the full recording time you should on the blank DVDs as compared to say Philips. The other minor fault is that there is a delay of a few seconds when you press a button on the remote. However it is a good deal, I paid £500.00 for my first DVD Recorder.0

We have had quite a few problems with ours - wasted about 10 dvd's so far - records fine, then when I try to close the disc it gets to 98% (ish) then I get disc error - disc is then unusable so have to be binned.... Tried few different brands - brother uses Maxell in his - tried them - a few have worked but still had to bin a couple of them.No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:
