i have downloaded the program but when entering my email and password it keeps coming up with "Error - Connection Failed". Does anyone know why this is or what i need to do?

The same error comes up for me - anyone got an idea how to fix this?

    Thanks!!

I'm not a techie, but what I would do would be
    • check with the company to see if they know what the error is (make sure you email with the error message and code (if there is a code) in full, if they do not have any suggestions then...
    • check its allowed through any firewalls and virus protection you have
    • then if nothing else (and your sure your graphics cards are working fine- i.e you have no other problems on viewing anything on any other sites) you could try contacting your virus protection support people-even if its not an issue with virus protection, they can often advise (but usually only works on the paid for virus protection packages where you have a customer service contact ability) and if nothing else, try the MSE techie boards.

Thanks worked like a charm. :T Wouldn't let me order Good Housekeepng for free though so I opted for Company, She and Prima.

I don't like how the software program tries to install itself in your start up folder though.

When I logged into the Delivery Reader program it asks for the password I created when I signed up with them, is that what you mean?

I tried that, it said "that's not the password you use to log in to your email", so I tried my email password, and that didn't work either!

So I cancelled, picked my mags, and got an email asking if I'd downloaded the software, and I need to put my password information in "Settings".

I'm in settings and can't see anywhere to put my password information.. :rotfl:

    Gonna uninstall and try again..
    :)

BINGO! Uninstalled (including delete user settings), reinstalled, password used in registration worked, is currently downloading. :T

..... and now all downloaded and readable! Success!

Though as has been said previously, you will have to go to your Start Up folder to get rid of it out of there. I don't like that it inserts itself there without your permission.
Otherwise a nice easy to use reader. :)
