Lolly: That wouldn't surprise me, think the medical jury is still out as to any proven benefit in taking it.

when i started it took 2 months, then i ran out and forgot to buy some, and within days my knees were worse, within a fortnight of taking them again the knees settled down....
since then i have moved on to glucosamine/chondroitin
i suggested the glucosamine to my MIL and she also swears by them....
what dosage are you taking daily?smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....
