i also make a payment for my sister for £254.00 for a loan she took out for me

i ahve been on to CCCs and they have advised me to take a low start dmp with a 15 year completion.
before i do this can any body help

I an my sister have the mortgage between us and it is shown as my half on here,.

The mortgae payment is set in to the account one the mortage but three subsections
main mortgage £150149.17

Sub account 1 £14573.29 out standing payment 295.25 this is over 4 years 10 months
sub account 2 4884.27 o/s payment ( i pay half my sister the other 17.86) 4 years and 10 motnhs
sub accoutn 3 115983.91 0/s payment £415.61 22 years 10 motnhs

my sister also has a sub account for £14573.29

to make the total of £150149.17

We dont pay the rates, water or electricity, as my mum wants to pay thee to be part of things.

Trying to make a decision is hard but i want to do the right thing bankruptcy is not an option.

    If anything, your budget seems to be missing a lot of things which will make the figures worse.

    Who pays for food? You have 2 cars mentioned but have included nothing for petrol / MOT / Tax / car insurance / maintenance.

    You have also included nothing for clothing, haircuts, buildings/contents insurenace, presents etc.

  • Food is bought by my mother

    I ahve a prt time job that pays £40 per week which i pay petrol out of

    1 car is mone one car my sisters

    house insurance paid by mother.

    to many clothes is part of the problem!!

    my haidresser cost £6.00 every 6 weeks
