I just signed up to register my codes for the free cereal, and discovered that there are LOADS of way more interesting things you can get for your 30 points (3 codes) - like a £5 cheque with 35 music downloads; a ZILLION seeds; money off lots of things... Check it out! No way am I just going to get a boring box of cereal!!0

I've complained about it. I only want the free pack, not to join Coinks, give them my personal details including DOB, and agree its T&C. No mention of Coinks or any special requirements on the promotional pack itself.
If you call customer service, can you get a Coinks-free coupon?

I called CS and was given a freepost address to send the coupons instead.

What a palaver for a box of cereal. I wish I hadn't even bothered now. I've had to sign up to a web site and when I went to redeem the coupon I wanted the option to have the coupon sent to me as my store does not accept internet print coupons. At this point I had to fill in a questionaire which had no suitable options but filled it in anyway and then another questionnaire came up at which point I gave up.
