I tried two days ago to order another smaple

They were so kind to inform me i have already ordered a sample , not only that, they hoped I enjoyed it as well.

Tweak your address, for example....

Flat x Number x
Street
Area
Town

OR

Flat x
x Street
Area
Town

..... x = number ..... an alternative to "Flat" can be "Room" or "Level"

I have used all these formats and have been successful in obtaining dozens of free samples.
