Can,t get in touch with my caterer.May have to self cater now!

Dont know what to do!I took ages to search caterers local to the venue and got quotes from 4.I picked one and got references etc which were glowing so we were happy to go with them.I spoke on the phone and e-mailed lots to get the pricing, menu and details just right. My last e-mail was to confirm the start time and ask for a proper contract or agreement and details of deposit to be paid now.I didnt hear back within 2 weeks so e-mailed and phoned but have had no reply in 5 weeks. What do I do?Should I keep trying or do I just assume they cant do my wedding dinner now for some reason and make other plans?
These guys were the only ones I could afford at about £30 a head which is half what everyone else quoted.I dont know how on earth I could self-cater a 4 course sit down meal:eek:

I don't think waiting 5 weeks is being impatient. Do they work from a shop could you go round there. Poor you, don't need this added stress. Might be worth giving people an idea where you are and hopefully someone can offer some suggestions.
