I had a CCJ Redetermination hearing 2 weeks ago where the Judge did not read my supporting statement for an increase of £5 only and was rude and offensive. I have made a complaint and have a witness who is supporting my complaint.

(A previous hearing for another CCJ Redetermination with the increase of £5 was upheld.)

However I am left paying an extra £72 which is way above what I can afford and I am having to borrow to pay this.

Is there anything I can do ?

I am back in court with the same CCJ for a Charging Order on my property - I am fearful of returning to the court that last time being incredibly intimidating and upsetting.

Please advise me what I can do if anything ?

Thank you

Did you admit the debt on the initial claim form?

Has the judge dismissed your redetermination application, if so, on what grounds?
Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional
