    Lou,
    Well done.

I just went for a walk to 'clear my head' and 6k later, Im home.

Feel better for it but I need a new job which really narks me...

Bunny if you feel you're being bullied is there anyone else you can speak to in the office who might help with a management strategy for you - I was bulled in a previous position and while trying to find something else I coped with it by not being alone with that person and always getting them to say what they had to say in front of others where possible - not great long term but certainly helped in the short term...

I think Im just going to have to confront the situation head on Becky-it's how I have dealt with being bullied in the paast-I tend to take it for so long then let rip-however, I think it best to not 'let rip' and say something. One thing I am fairly sure of is that they arent completely aware they are doing it-I've worked in sales positions for so long, face to face customer I am very in tune with 'body language' and catch the little looks and 'rolling of eyes' if you catch my drift? Its more undermining than anything else. I get very angry and when I get angry, I tend to cry....so spent most of the day staring at my computer trying not to cry. Just a crap situation really.

But hey, Im strong and have been thru worst...

    Thanks hunny xxxxxx

Okay well if you do confront them - try writing down what you're going to say and giving it to them in a letter rather than exploding - I know its really really tough and it makes you seriously miserable so the sooner you can sort it out the better...

  • Daughter and SIL have been over today and taken Samuel to see all the great-grandparents. Hadn't got time to see me. I understand. I saw them on Tuesday.
Having lunch with SIL's parents on Sunday (it's Mothers' Day). Will not come over to see me as Samuel and DD will be tired. I understand.
They had a picture of Samuel taken in hosital. Everybody now has one except me. I understand. (sort of).
I have just moved the stuff which both SILs have been promising to put in the loft for me for 3 months. I understand.
    Maybe I should stop understanding?

Bunny, shall I make you some little dolls you can stick pins in?

Bookie, you have my sympathies, maybe you should be a little more honest though - they probably think you won't mind.
