Dog Friendly Hotel

Does anyone know of a hotel anywhere in Northern Ireland, or just over the border, that allows dogs? Thinking of booking a weekend break for next month and thought it might be a bit of a novelty taking the dog with us...and not having to worry about someone else looking after her.

  • According to their website The Old Inn in Crawfordsburn is dog friendly, but when I got married there last year they wouldn't allow me to bring my dog ( border collie ) I didn't want her at the service or anything wierd!

    No it wasn't.

OP if you feel like splurging on self catering you should check this place out http://www.limepark.com/menu.htm , it's gorgeous

Went to this place several years ago http://www.marlfieldhouse.com/welcome.html
It's probably too far over the border for you but what I thought was interesting - they allowed dogs but no children.
    The food was great though.
