Marbles CC passed to Rosside

Marbles (now SAV credit or Bank of Scotland) have passed my account to Rosside, even though there is currently a dispute lodged with FOS.

Called SAV earlier this evening as had letter from them advsing of default, and that they demand cards be sent back immediately, and if not contact them within 7 days, then further action would be taken (letter dated 13/03). Was advised by the "muppet" that account was passed to the above on 18/03 - so not even giving time to contact anyway.

Advised of the complaint with FOS which he said was on system and from previous complaint with marbles when with HFC (correct) - when I pointed that should not have been passed to thirn party as outstanding complaint/dispute was just met with "umm errr ummm errr"

Any advice on what to do next? Should I contact FOS to let them know all this?
