assuming the same official exchange rate ...
anyone know if I am better off getting £200 worth of Euros from M&S (or City Forex) or waiting till I get to France and getting the money out on my Nationwide Flexaccount debit card?
Thanks :-)

Nationwide will always give you the best rate they can.
The only time you can loose on it is if in the few days between you would have changed the money and you actually withdraw the money from ATM in France the currency exchange rate changes significantly...
Which is always a risk either way, especially in current climate!!0 -
Nationwide Debit is always better.
As example (hope both links work)
M&S giving 1 GBP = 1.0183 Euro (at time of posting)

Nationwide 1 GBP = 1.07 EUR
