When is guidance not guidance....when its the CSA

Have just been told today by a line manager in the CSA that their guidance is just that....guidance.

So folks, all of you that have been told that they have rules... rubbish its guidance and if so wished can be ignored...what a load of old **** its only guidance in the true sense of the word when it suits them.

All you guys and gals out there subject to 40% repayment deductions - thats not a rule its guidance and in my case has been completely ignored as in one phone call, the ex has pleaded poverty (no documentary evidence to back up his tale of woe either).

Sorry, but one very !!!!!! of Dizzy here, now waiting on an appeals form.
