PC World is offering a Lexmark Z735 printer for £24.99 which seems good value - and it is available as 'coolect @ store'. I know Amazon is a little bit cheaper but you have to ad P&P.

- Up to 4800 x 1200 dpi print resolution
- Up to 15 pages per minute in black
- Up to 15 pages per minute in colour
- Borderless 10x15 cm printing
- Compact, space saving design
- Easy to use - Only requires 1 cartridge
- Hi-speed USB 2.0 interface
- Windows compatible
Why do I always find men so hard?

Amazon is £24.49 with FREE postage.Watch out for Freddie the Fox at the Shay !!0

Cheapest way to run this printer is to buy lots then throw away most of the printers and keep the cartridges. The price of this is a lot less than the cost of replacing the cartridges.Light blue touchpaper and stand well back !0

cartridges coming out reasonable for these
found original Lexmarks for £12.99

seeing lexmark printers on a MONEYSAVING forum is ludicrous!
£12.99 per cartridge - YOU MUST BE OFF YOUR HEAD!!!! :rotfl:The word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.
It's LOSE, NOT LOOSE.

Buying printers and throwing them away might be "cheaper" for YOUR pocket but it's just damaging the environment at the end of the day so the "cost" is actuallt higher for all of us at the end of the day.
My advice would be to forget buying Lexmark printers with their attractive pricing but ludicrous running costs and get a reasonably priced Canon etc where the cartridges only cost a quid or two.
You'll be much better off doing this at the end of the day rather than buying new printers every few months0 -

Be that as it may,
there is absolutely no point in buting a lexmark when you can get another printer of comparable quality for only slightly more and then save a huge amount in only the next one or two cartridge prices.
'nuff said - ONLY BUY A LEXMARK IF YOU HAVE £££££££ TO BURNThe word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.
