Payment Dates Need Help

Hi,
Im driving myself up the wall trying to work this out. I start a new job on monday but dont get paid until the last working day of the month.
My partner gets £180 a week, and I will get £1295.
However my new boss said that I had missed the cut off date with payroll for this month.
I am really organised with my finances as I wish to be debt free by August 2010, and do myself an excel spreadsheet to know what my balance is.
I think I may have to change a few dates around so that Im not going overdrawn.
I have had to transfer £500 from my MBNA card just to cover my balance, plus I have an overdraft of £100. I cannot get anymore, I tried at the bank yesterday and they said no, nasty people.
If i write down the days and amounts that come out could someone help me get my head round it?
My current balance is £122.92 (not including overdraft) the £500 transferred from my creditcard should be transfered a week tomorrow - 27/03.
My outgoings and dates are as following:
18th MINT £15.00
23rd Contents £7.41
23rd BT £40.00
23rd Life £14.58
23rd Water £21.21
24th Orange £52.00
26th Orange £95.00
28th NatWest Morgtgage £663.89
28th Electric £62.00
Last Working Day NatWest Loan £223.89
1st Ground Rent and Maintiance £72.87
1st TV License £11.95
1st Burtons Card £10.00
1st Capital One C/C £55.00
1st Bus Pass £38
15th Council Tax £95
17th Sky £18.50
Anyday £100 Food Shopping
I will be getting about £400 from my old job on 24th March, and we have swapped our broadband which should take place on the 1st April. Therfore our final bill from BT should be taken out on 23rd April and then the Sky which the new amount is £37.50 per month (inclusive of TV, B'band Line Rental and phone) should start on the 17th april.
I have a balance of £1100 on my Halifax Credit Card which was taken out prior to April 2007 so I have requested a copy of my signed CCA agreement, which I know they will not be able to provide therefore will be unenforcable. the last day for them to provide me with this is 30th April.
I am selling a few things therefore will be looking at paying off some of my MINT balance of £570, flute £55.77 and sax £300, ipod mini £30, guitars £50. I am putting this into my bills account for the meantime to cover the balance, as not to go into unauthorised overdraft.
We have also put in a claim for bank charges of £1570.09 with Nationwide, which we may have to wait until the end of the waiver period 29th July 2009. With this we will be paying off my OH's C/C and Store card of £1200.00. On 15th August the orange contract for £52 will be finished therefore the last payment will be coming out on the 24th August.
6th October my orange contract will expire, and i will take out a new one for £35 per month therfore 26th should be reduced to £80.50 (story behind this is that our computer packed up and we needed it for work, and OH phone was broke so we took out a 35pm contract with orange with a new phone and a new laptop. OH will carry this on when his contract finishes on 15th August).
At the end of the year we would like to withdraw the excess money in the account to pay off my mum which is £2500 and use the excess to pay for xmas.
With my new job I have a bonus card (pre pay credit card) with a max of £4000 on. I will be using this to pay towards my loan which has a redemption figure of £8880 in August 2010 (the reason why we want everything paid off then because we remortgage in September 2010, and have a current LTV of 117%.
I am also starting up my own business advising on mortgages and protection products for a local independant. What I get from this will be my spending money and also go towards saving for paying off the personal loan and saving for a car. My average case earnings is £400.
We would ideally like to move into a house but cannot whilst the market is the way it is. we would like to start a family but not until we are financially sound (have equity in the property and also have all debts paid off and have a car).
i am determined to do this but need a bit of advise, have spent too long looking at my finances and am getting brain ache lol. if someone can help that will be great.

Missed the payment date for payroll? Most companies would in that case write a cheque out to you, can you suggestthis to them.
And, does that mean you will get two months salary together next month.
(Please do not at any cost rely on bank charges being refunded, its by far from a foregoine conclusion)make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Why can't you arrange for everything to come out on a specific date?
You're never going to make any progress with dates like that, you're forever paying out, much better to have everything come out around the sametime if possible.

If your salary is paid on the last working day of the month, always best to have SO / DD set 3/4 following say 03rd / 04th of the month.cheekymonkey20 wrote: »Would the last working day of every month work???Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
