Selling unwanted cd's and dvd's

Hi all,
I've just heard about Green Metropolis for selling unwanted books and I'm going to join up this weekend.
Both my sister and I have loads of cd's and dvd's we nno longer want - does anyone know of a site that we could try selling these through that works on same basis of Green Metropolis? We've tried ebay in the past but not had much luck and the seller fees can make it a pointless task!
Thanks
Michala

Gumtree is one. Free to list but it's local and designed for face-to-face transactions (Oh, the characters I've encountered ...)
You'll probably get a lot of offers from people who sell on looking to pay 50p for each DVD or CD.
There's also Craigslist - Similar idea, local sales, etc.
Edit: Sorry, I've just looked at Green Metropolis and neither of these sites I've mentioned operate on a similar basis, they're more akin to eBay. Hopefully it's useful to you though![strike]Debt: £0.00[/strike]

I've sold a few through Amazon, but if you want to shift a lot, quickly, then MusicMagpie could be the place for you.

I've used these a few times for old cds that my OH was going to put in the bin. I would recommend them, they don't pay much so my advice would be if you have recent cds then try amazon or ebay as a first resort as you will get more money for them there.Too much month, not enough Cash!

I've been using MusicMagpie a lot recently and have been very pleased with them. The pay is very low (so far it has averaged out at about £1.00 an item), but these were CDs and DVDs that I have tried to sell elsewhere with no luck. I have been quite happy at being able to clear a lot of stuff off my shelf and at least it's made me some money.0
