yeah, i work for them. they do that all the time. i've notticed it loads and loads of times just as i'm working. i.e rottisserie chickens £2.69 for ages then they will jump up to £3.09 for a few days and then they will send in big POS'S to stick up saying ' Was £3.09, now only £2.99 !'

they are such a slimey, annoying company.

also, when they put prices up, they don't just add a penny here or there, they tend to JUMP right up buy 10p.. sometimes 20p !!
And you get customers moaning at us as though its us who decide the prices!

All supermarkets do this, it's not just this one. If this kind of thing is news to you then you obviously haven't been paying enough attention.

The practice will never stop, so there is little point whinging about it.
