Any of my broker friends on here ( or anyone else ) got any ideas on this one ?
British lady living and working in Spain on about £10k equivalent.
Has house in UK worth £200k and wants to raise a buy to let mortgage on it. Rental coverage calculations no problem, but the stumbling block is that all the lenders I have tried so far ( C & G, BM Solutions, Woolwich, Bank of Scotland international) need a minimum earned income of at least £20k.

Platform last time I checked were doing SC B2L. Not sure if they do expats.
Try Skipton, N West. Bristol and West International (no proc fee so get that fee agreement in and insist on your solicitor so you get paid)0 -
