I would ask the silly manager if he needs to attend another magic day - his customer care skills are obviously slipping:eek:

1, - I think you should have a permanant contract after 12 months, with full T&C's
    2 - A napleon complex manager then:p

    1. I don't really want a permanent contract - just to be treated with the 'respect' that they claim to treat all 'colleagues' with.
    2. I was thinking more along the lines of one 'Herr Hitler' :rotfl: :rotfl:
It does bug me a little bit that all of this 'mutual respect' and 'happiness' are just a front for the customers. We are paid about 15 pence an hour more than the legal permitted minimum wage, yet this should not give people, whatever position they hold, the right to treat us as though we are something that they have just scraped off of the sole of their shoe.

Following last night's 'episode' I would not, normally, have even gone in today - I was not booked to work and was blissfully making zeds when the phone rang, asking me to cover for a shift. They caught me when my resistance was low.

I shall be extremely happy when I am able to tell ASDA that I am no longer 'available'.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
