Belfast - recycle toner cartridges for charity??

Hi
I've also posted this on the Charities board but thought I'd try here as well:

I'm organising the recycling of laser toner cartridges in my office in Belfast. I've heard you can get them recycled and some money will be given to charity, which I'd love to do. However, the company has stipulated it mustn't cost ANYTHING! We're a small office so we're not using a lot of cartridges, so I thought posting them off somewhere would be better than arranging a collection.
Soooo... can anyone suggest a reputable company that will recycle laser toner cartridges for charity, that will provide freepost labels?? Or am I asking too much lol?!
